Since 2022, Amowag has successfully delivered multiple large-scale construction projects for international NGOs and humanitarian partners in East Darfur, building critical infrastructure for vulnerable communities.
WASH Infrastructure for IDP Camps
Construction of 12 boreholes, 45 communal latrines, and 8 shower blocks serving 15,000 IDPs across 3 camps in East Darfur. Partner: International Humanitarian NGO.
School Rehabilitation Project
Complete reconstruction of 4 primary schools damaged by conflict, including classrooms, offices, and sanitation facilities. Capacity: 1,200 students.
Health Center Construction
New construction of a maternal health center with delivery rooms, consultation areas, and staff housing. Completed ahead of schedule.
